Terms of Use
1. Service
Fastbloom is a fasting timer app for iPhone and Apple Watch, provided by Biswajit Swain, Nürnberg, Germany. Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies in addition.
2. Not medical advice
Fastbloom provides timers and general information. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Consult a doctor before fasting if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a history of disordered eating, have diabetes or take medication that affects blood sugar, or have any other medical condition. Stop fasting and seek help if you feel unwell.
3. Age
Fastbloom is for adults. You must be 18 or older to use it.
4. Free tier and Plus
The free features are free for as long as the app exists. Fastbloom Plus is an optional subscription (€14.99 per year, €9.99 for the first year, or €1.99 per month; local prices may vary) or a one-time purchase (€24.99). Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period, in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. The 14-day “Try Plus” period is free, requires no payment method and never converts to a paid plan.
5. Refunds
Purchases are handled by Apple; refund requests go through reportaproblem.apple.com. EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal under Apple’s terms.
6. Your data
You own it. It stays on your device (and in your iCloud if you choose). See the Privacy Policy.
7. Acceptable use
Don’t reverse-engineer, resell or misrepresent the app.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided as is. We are liable for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health; for slight negligence only for breach of essential obligations and limited to foreseeable damage. Nothing limits statutory consumer rights.
9. Law
German law applies; for consumers, mandatory consumer protection law of your country of residence remains unaffected.
